SINGLE MALT WHISKIES

BUNNAHABHAIN.

Classification :-

Taste:-

The traditional Scottish ballad " Westering Home ", tells of sailors returning to their families and homes on the soft-misted Isle of Islay, off the west coast of Scotland.
Islay - home too of Bunnahabhain, which is as welcoming and unique as the island itself. Bunnahabhain is distilled from clear spring waters trapped high in the mountains whilst they still tumble over hard graite rock, and this helps to give Bunnahabhain a taste less peaty than the island's other malt whiskies. A soft mellow whisky of great character and distinction with a hint of peat. Come " Westering Home " to Bunnahabhain !

The GLENLIVET

HIGHLAND PARK

Classification :-

Available as a 12 year old at 40% volume.

Taste :-

Located on Orkney, one of the Northern Isles of Scotland, is the Highland Park Distillery. Founded on this remote and windswept island in 1798, the distillery has for almost two centuries produced a full flavoured single malt Scotch Wisky, Highland Park. Made from best barley malted over peat fires; merged with the unique spring water of the island; and aged in cask for twelve long years that shape its rare and very distinctive character.

KNOCKANDO.

Classification:- Speyside.

Available

Taste:-

The distillery of Knockando - from the Gaelic ' Cnoc - An - Dhu ' meaning ' Little Black Hill ' - lies in the heart of Speyside.

Each bottle Knockando contains malt whisky distilled during one particular year. It is bottled only when it has reached its peak of perfection. This may take between twelve and fifteen years. Both the year ( or ' season ' as it is called at Knockando distillery ) of distillation and the year of bottling are indicated on the bottle.

Knockando is a completely natural product. The colour is derived from the oak casks and since each butt or hogshead has its own individual characteristics, the depth of colour in each bottle may vary subtly.

Knockando pure single malt whisky possesses the classic elegance and complexity of the finest Speyside Malts, with a unique delicacy and fruitiness.
