WHISKY GLENKINCHIE Glenkichie Distrillery, ' home ' of the Edinburgh Malt Whisky, is near Pencaitland, off the A68, 15 miles south-east of Edinburgh. EXHIBITION and SHOP. Open January to December Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. May to September Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 12 noon to 4pm. Tel :- 01875 340451. A great many volumes have been written on the subject, here is a list of some of them.
