How

Dress - No.2 My friends would hardly an eyelash if I said I wasn’t sure how to dress for most of occasions. I am completely and utterly comfortable in a pair of jeans and a T-shirt. When I go out somewhere I like to be as comfortable as possible, but I do also like to look good. This means that jeans and T-shirts are not always appropriate. When it comes time to wear something out of my comfort zone, I always have to ask for help. I wonder why my friends have not yet begun to charge me for advice. I believe that you are born knowing how to dress. Either you know or you don’t, and that is all there is to it. Some people are naturally gifted at picking out matching outfits and colors. I am not one of these people. If I were left to my own devices when deciding how to dress, I would most certainly get a lot of looks on the street. These would not be the looks I would want however, because the snickering and laughter would be too much. I’m not really concerned about what other people think, and I do know I do not know how to dress. The sad thing about this is that my husband is even worse than I am. He claims that he knows how to dress, but that is a debate that may never be settled. There have been many times when he was about to leave the house when I had to drag him back in the door and change his clothes. When he goes about his day-to-day business it is up to him how to dress for anything. However, when he is going to an important meeting with his boss, or an important function for his company, it is important that he looks good. I feel sorry for any children that my husband and I might have in the future. My daughter is actually my niece, so I am hoping that she inherited the how to dress gene from her late mother. If my husband and I have children of our own, I will hope and pray that knowing how to dress is not something you have to passed out your children. If that is the case, my daughter is screwed. This may be a case for hiring a personal shopper to buy her school clothing. Though I can pick out a good outfit on occasion, how to dress from day to day is not something that I am very good at doing.
