MacLELLEN'S CASTLE

KIRKCUDBRIGHT.

( A ' Historic Scotland ' site ).

Built in 1577 using stone from an adjoining ruined monastery,
by the then Provost, Sir Thomas MacLellan,
this castellated town house has fine architectural details

Open summer only.
April - September
Monday - Saturday, 9.30am - 6.30pm.
Sunday, 2pm - 6.30pm.
