Caerlaverock ( Lark's Nest ),

one of Scotland's finest castles,
is everyone's idea of a medieval fortress.

The scene of two famoue seiges, this moated castle has a children's adventure park,
model siege engine and nature trail in its grounds.

Car parking. Bus parking. Toilet. Exhibition. Visitor Centre. Refreshment facilities.Shop. Reasonable wheelchair access. Disabled toilets. Picnic Area.

April - September
Monday - Saturday, 9.30am - 6.30pm.
Sunday, 2pm - 6.30pm.

October - March
Monday - Saturday ( except Thursday afternoons & Fridays ), 9.30am - 4.30pm.
Sunday, 2pm - 4.30pm.
