( A ' Historic Scotland ' site ).

Arbroath Abbey holds a very special place
in Scottish history.

It was here in 1320 that Scotland's nobles swore their independence from England in the famous

" Declaration of Arbroath "

Exhibition.

Open all year
April - September
Monday - Saturday, 9.30am - 6.30pm.
Sunday, 2pm - 6.30pm.

October - March
Monday - Saturday ( except Thursday afternoons & Fridays ), 9.30am - 4.30pm.
Sunday, 2pm - 4.30pm.
